Common Questions
Commercial Roadside Repair Questions? Straight Answers.
What types of trucks do you service?
Class 8 semi trucks, tractor trailers (dry van, reefer, flatbed, tanker), box trucks, straight trucks, step vans, and heavy-duty commercial fleet vehicles. All major makes: Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, International, Volvo, Mack, Western Star, and Hino. If you run it commercially and it broke down, we probably work on it. Call dispatch and we'll confirm before we roll.
How fast can you get to my truck?
Average response time within the Memphis metro is about 60 minutes. For locations further out along I-40, I-55, and I-240, we confirm ETA at dispatch based on distance and current road conditions. Our dispatcher gives you a specific ETA and the technician's name when you call. Not a vague window. If you're blocking a lane or in an unsafe position, tell dispatch immediately. We prioritize shoulder and roadway calls.
Are your repairs DOT-compliant?
Yes. Every repair uses DOT-approved parts and follows DOT-compliant standards. Our technicians understand what a DOT inspector looks for and will not send you back on the road with a patch job that fails at the next scale. For brake work, we inspect chamber stroke, slack adjuster travel, and lining thickness to DOT standards. For lighting, we verify all required clearance, identification, and marker lamps are operational.
Do you carry commercial truck tires?
Yes. We carry common commercial tire sizes including 295/75R22.5, 11R22.5, 275/80R22.5, and more. All tires are DOT-approved. For planned fleet tire replacement or volume pricing, see our commercial truck tires page.
Do you work with fleet accounts?
Yes. We work with fleet managers, dispatchers, and owner-operators. We accept fleet cards including Comdata, WEX, and EFS, major credit cards, and digital payments. Direct invoicing is available for fleet accounts.
What if my truck needs a repair you can't do on-site?
We diagnose the issue and let you know immediately. If it requires shop-level work, we can help coordinate transport to a qualified heavy-duty repair facility. No guessing, no wasted time.
What areas do you cover?
We serve Memphis, Cordova, Bartlett, Collierville, Germantown, Olive Branch, and up to 100 miles out along I-40, I-55, I-240, and surrounding highways. Call (866) 998-4737 for confirmation if you are outside the immediate metro area.
